The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Silang, Cavite, has ordered the closure of the Giggle N Laff Restaurant Bar located in San Miguel II, Silang, Cavite, effective from April 5, 2024.
The establishment was shut down after it was found to be operating without the necessary business permit and had multiple violations based on inspections by various regulatory departments.
This action is in accordance with Section 20, Ordinance No. PB-018, series of 2017, which governs Tax Revenue in the town of Silang.
The LGU reminds all establishments operating or intending to operate in Silang to follow the legal process, comply with all necessary requirements, and secure a business permit.
