Participating institutions included the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region IV-A, Bureau of Plant Industry, Department of Agriculture Region IV-A, Department of Trade and Industry-Cavite, Department of Labor and Employment-Cavite, Philippine Coconut Authority, Land Bank of the Philippines, Rural Bank of Angeles-Trece Branch, Agricultural Training Institute, and the offices of the Provincial Veterinarian and Provincial Agriculturist.
