House of Representatives Mourns Passing of Cong. Elpidio Barzaga Jr.

The Philippine House of Representatives, under the leadership of Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, today announced the passing of a respected member of the 19th Congress, Representative Elpidio F. Barzaga Jr., who had a long-standing commitment to public service.
