ROSARIO, Cavite — The Commission on Elections has partnered with SM City Rosario to offer voter registration at the mall, providing residents a more accessible venue to register or update their voter records ahead of the next election cycle.
Registration will be held on April 28 to 30 and May 7 to 9, 11 to 16, and 18, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the second level of SM City Rosario, near Mr. DIY.
The service is open to first-time registrants and existing voters who need to update their information on file with COMELEC.
Applicants are advised to bring a valid identification card and to arrive early to avoid long queues.
COMELEC has been expanding its voter registration drives through partnerships with malls and other accessible venues as part of efforts to boost voter participation nationwide.
