Filipina immigration lawyer and sculptor, Atty. Elaine Antonio Bordeaux, has been honored by the Provincial Government of Cavite for her significant contribution to the arts and culture.

Bordeaux was named one of the Most Influential Filipina Women in the World in 2023 by the Filipina Women’s Network (FWN).

The award ceremony took place on June 5, 2024, at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall in Trece Martires City, marking a significant milestone in Bordeaux’s illustrious career.

Her sculptures, celebrated for their profound storytelling and intricate craftsmanship, have gained international recognition, bringing Filipino culture to the global art stage.

The event, attended by esteemed officials of Cavite and PGC employees, highlighted Bordeaux’s dedication to promoting Filipino culture through her art.

In her acceptance speech, Bordeaux expressed gratitude for the recognition and acknowledged the support of her family, mentors, and the Filipino community in her success.

Bordeaux’s recognition serves as an inspiration to aspiring artists, demonstrating that passion and perseverance can lead to international acclaim. It also stands as a testament to the power of art in bridging cultures and fostering a sense of pride and unity among Filipinos worldwide.
