TAGAYTAY, Philippines, July 16, 2026 – Binulo Restaurant, known for serving traditional Kapampangan cuisine, has moved its Tagaytay branch from Station House Tagaytay to Mendez Crossing East, the restaurant said.
Binulo was established in Angeles City, Pampanga in 2011, specializing in dishes from the Kapampangan culinary tradition, widely regarded as one of the most prominent regional cuisines in the Philippines. Its Tagaytay branch opened in 2023.
The new three-level restaurant includes an elevator and a dumbwaiter system, and offers direct access to a Tom N Toms Coffee outlet, according to the company.
The menu includes dishes such as sisig, kare-kare, freshwater prawns cooked inside bamboo, and other Kapampangan specialties.
Tagaytay, a hill city south of Manila known for its cool climate and views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano, has drawn a growing number of restaurants and dining establishments in recent years as tourism to the area expands.
