TAGAYTAY CITY — A new mixed-use tower is under construction along Crisanto M. De Los Reyes Avenue in Barangay Kaybagal South, within the Tagaytay Government Center and near Sky Ranch, developers said.
The Tagaytay Tourist Iconic Tower is designed as a landmark for the city’s skyline and will feature an observation deck with views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. The project, being built in phases, will combine tourism, leisure, dining, retail, and commercial spaces.
Once completed, developers said the tower is expected to be the tallest structure in Cavite and one of the tallest landmark towers in the Philippines.
Tagaytay, located about 60 kilometers south of Manila, is one of the country’s most visited tourist destinations, known for its cool climate and views of Taal Volcano, one of the world’s smallest active volcanoes.
The city has seen a steady rise in commercial and tourism-related development in recent years as it continues to draw both local and international visitors.
