NOVELETA, Cavite — Ten individuals were arrested in Barangay San Rafael III on May 13 after allegedly beating two minors as part of a fraternity initiation rite, police said.
The suspects, aged 15 to 33, are now in police custody and face charges for violating Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
Authorities identified the suspects by their aliases: Cholo, Christian, John, Jasper, Jumong, Mark, Mill, Ramil, Jason and Tristan.
