Bong Revilla’s roosters triumph in Cavite derby following his release from detention

CAVITE — Roosters owned by Bong Revilla won a cockfighting derby in Cavite, an event organized with the help of his grandson, Gab Bautista.

The victory came after Revilla, following his release from detention, returned to tending his fighting roosters.

Bautista, the son of Jolo Revilla, has been assisting his grandfather in raising and managing the roosters. Bautista is also a grandson of actress Rosanna Roces.

Bautista is the son of Jolo Revilla and Grace, whose relationship and the birth of their child drew public attention.

He is now an adult and has become one of Bong Revilla’s partners in the family’s cockfighting enterprise, which the family describes as a heritage form of entertainment in Cavite.
