The Commission on Higher Education is accepting applications for the Scholarship Program for Coconut Farmers and their Families, known as CoScho, for academic year 2026-2027.
The application period runs from July 10 to August 31, 2026.
The program supports qualified coconut farmers and their dependents seeking undergraduate degrees, particularly in agriculture, agricultural engineering, agribusiness management, agricultural economics and other programs identified by the Philippine Coconut Authority.
Eligible applicants must be Filipino citizens who are graduating high school students, high school graduates or college students meeting the required academic qualifications. Applicants must also be registered coconut farmers or their dependents under the National Coconut Farmers Registry System.
Applicants must have a general weighted average of at least 80 percent, meet the admission requirements of identified state universities and colleges, and have parents with a combined annual gross income not exceeding 300,000 pesos.
Interested students may submit applications through their respective CHED regional office. Applicants were advised to coordinate with their regional office for the application portal, requirements and specific procedures.
