GENERAL TRIAS, Cavite — Federal Land NRE Global Inc. and Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. opened Uniqlo’s largest logistics facility in Southeast Asia at Riverpark North in this city on April 17, marking a major expansion of the Japanese retail brand’s supply chain operations in the Philippines.
The facility, designed with advanced technology, worker-centric spaces, and environmentally sustainable features, is intended to serve as both a strategic operational hub and an employment center for the region.
Officials said the development reinforced Cavite’s growing role as a logistics and investment destination in Southern Luzon, supported by large-scale infrastructure and increasing demand for modern supply chain solutions.
The project is expected to improve operational efficiency, generate jobs, and strengthen Cavite’s position as a gateway for retail and logistics expansion in the region.
