High-Value Drug Suspect Nabbed in Cavite Buy-Bust; P510K Shabu Seized

GEN. TRIAS, Cavite — Police arrested a high-value drug suspect and seized more than P510,000 worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation Wednesday night in Barangay Tejero.

The suspect, identified only by the alias Abdul, is a resident of the village and is listed as a high-value individual by police, according to the Cavite Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit.

Authorities said they had been monitoring the suspect for several days before launching the sting around 7 p.m. Abdul was arrested without resistance.

Recovered from the suspect were more than 75 grams of suspected shabu, buy-bust money and a mobile phone allegedly used in the transactions.
