Cavite Governor Athena Bryana D. Tolentino received the Gawad Bayanihan sa Pamumuhunan Award for the Provincial Government of Cavite during a ceremony at Malacañan Palace on March 13, 2025.

The Department of Trade and Industry – Board of Investments (DTI-BOI) spearheaded the event, which recognized government partners for their efforts in implementing Executive Order No. 18.

The order mandates the creation of “green lanes” to streamline government processes and enhance the ease of doing business for strategic investments.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. commended the awardees for their role in advancing green lanes and urged them to continue fostering investment-friendly reforms to attract high-impact and sustainable projects.

DILG Secretary Juanito Victor Remulla accompanied Tolentino as she received the award, along with Provincial LEDIPO Adriano Timoteo and 6th District Board Member Morit Sison. Gen. Trias Mayor Luis Ferrer IV was also among the recipients of the inaugural Gawad Bayanihan sa Pamumuhunan.
