Cavite Laundry Shop Praised for Returning Lost Cash, Jewelry

ROSARIO, Cavite — A laundry shop in Cavite has earned praise from netizens after returning a huge amount of money and valuable items to its customers.

Liz Instawash, located on Marseilla Road in Barangay Ligtong II, Rosario, Cavite, recently returned P20,000 pesos to a customer after finding the money in a pair of shorts. The money was wrapped in plastic and initially thought to be trash.

According to Liz, the shop’s owner, employees thoroughly inspect each garment before washing, checking for stains and emptying pockets. It was during this process that the money was discovered.

In addition to the cash, the laundry shop also returned a gold-plated watch and a wedding ring to another customer.

Liz said that her shop is committed to providing quality service and maintaining the trust of its customers.

“We will do everything to improve our service and ensure that our customers always receive honest and reliable service,” she said.

The incident has been praised by many as a proof to the honesty and kindness of Filipinos.

A photo of the returned items was shared on social media, with many netizens commending the laundry shop’s actions.
