Three members of the Velasco Drug Group were arrested in a buy bust operation by the police in Brgy. Talaba 3, Bacoor City, Cavite yesterday morning.

The suspects, known by the aliases “Kuya”, “Ron”, and “Angelica”, are considered high value individuals by the Bacoor City Police. The three were caught after selling shabu to an undercover police officer.

They were found in possession of 50g of shabu, packaged in a plastic sachet, with a street value of P340,000. Also seized were the marked money, a motorcycle, and a cellphone allegedly used in the illegal drug transaction.

Their group is active in selling drugs in various parts of Cavite.

The suspects will face charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
