In a significant crackdown, Cavite City Police apprehended four individuals deemed the city’s most wanted on Monday, April 8, 2024.
The operation, led by the Warrant Personnel of the Cavite Component City Police Station, was conducted in Barangays 46 and 57.
The Officer in Charge, PLTCOL Cristopher C. Guste, disclosed the identities of the suspects, known by the aliases “Ian,” “Jermaine,” “Marzan,” and “Marvinnah.”
The first three were sought for minor physical injuries connected to Republic Act 7610, while “Marvinnah” faced charges of oral defamation under the same act. All four are residents of Barangay 46.
The arrests followed intensive surveillance and were executed under warrants issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 17, with a set bail of Php80,000.00 for each individual.
The Cavite Police Provincial Office has reiterated its dedication to pursuing those with outstanding warrants to ensure they are brought to justice.
