TRECE MARTIRES CITY – The Office of the Provincial Legal Officer of Cavite province hosted a comprehensive seminar on liability avoidance in the workplace and the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Act recently.

The seminar, held at the Ceremonial Hall of the Provincial Capitol Building, was attended by key representatives from various offices of the Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC). The event aimed to deepen understanding of legal frameworks and strategies for managing workplace liabilities.

Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Annaliza P. Mercene-Pulmones led the seminar, which was divided into two sessions. She provided in-depth discussions on Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

The event reinforced the provincial government’s commitment to enhancing public service delivery and operational efficiency across its offices.

The presentation also covered critical updates and guidance through ARTA Memorandum Circular No. 2019-001, Memorandum Circulars No. 2022-005 and No. 2023-005. These sessions focused on best practices for streamlining government services and mitigating legal risks within the public sector.

An open forum followed the formal presentations, allowing participants to raise questions and seek further clarification on the topics discussed. The seminar concluded with post-training activities to ensure the practical application of the insights gained.
