DepEd-Bacoor calls for truth, justice in death of school employee
BACOOR CITY, Cavite — The Department of Education’s City Schools Division of Bacoor has extended condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Dench F. Morales, an administrative aide at Bacoor National High School’s Gawaran Annex who died in an incident that authorities are investigating.
In a statement, DepEd Bacoor said it was coordinating with Morales’ family and the Philippine National Police’s Bacoor Station to provide assistance as investigators conduct a thorough and impartial inquiry into the circumstances of his death.
The office also urged the public to refrain from spreading speculation or unverified information, out of respect for the family and loved ones Morales left behind.
DepEd Bacoor said it stood with the Morales family during this time of grief and expressed hope that the full truth behind the incident would come to light.
“Truth, peace, and justice” was the office’s prayer for Morales and his family, the statement said.
Authorities have not yet released the results of their investigation.
