TANZA, Cavite — Rainy days don’t have to mean canceled plans, according to Villa Excellance Beach and Wave Pool Resort, which is positioning itself as a year-round destination in Sitio Postema, Barangay Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite.
The resort underwent extensive renovations before reopening in May 2022, adding wave pools, water slides and other facilities for guests, according to resort information.
Villa Excellance currently offers eight swimming pools, including three wave pools, three pool slides, an infinity pool and a themed pool, based on its online listings. Resort operators said the wave pools allow visitors to experience water activities regardless of weather or tide conditions.
The resort said cooler, overcast conditions during the rainy season can offer a more comfortable alternative to peak summer heat, with covered areas available for guests to wait out passing showers.
Beyond its pools, the resort offers family accommodations, a restaurant, gardens, beach access and other recreational facilities for extended stays.
