ROSARIO, Cavite — The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, together with the Provincial Government of Cavite through the Provincial Public Employment Service Office, will hold the 2026 World Café of Opportunities on Aug. 13, 2026 at SM City Rosario as part of National Tech-Voc Day celebrations.
The event will feature a job fair with overseas vacancies, training sessions with technical vocational institutions and training institutions, a livelihood and trade fair, participation from national government agencies, and skills demonstrations.
Organizers are encouraging jobseekers and those interested in skills training to pre-register at https://tinyurl.com/2026WCO-JobFair. Attendees were asked to bring a resume and a pen, and to invite family members or friends who are looking for work or want to develop new skills.
