Cavite State University posts 97.33% passing rate in March 2026 Medical Technology board exams

CAVITE — Cavite State University produced 73 new registered medical technologists after posting a 97.33% passing rate in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Medical Technologists, far exceeding the national passing rate of 84.17%.

The university’s main campus sent 75 examinees to the board exam, with 73 successfully hurdling the test administered by the Board of Medical Technology under the Professional Regulation Commission.

Nationally, 7,838 out of 9,317 examinees passed the licensure examination, which was simultaneously conducted in 15 testing centers across the country — the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
