Unidentified Suspect Steals P50,000 in Cash, Salon Equipment in Gen. Trias Break-In

GEN. TRIAS CITY, Cavite — An unidentified suspect broke into a beauty salon in Barangay Tejeros Convention early Saturday morning, stealing more than P50,000 worth of cash and equipment, police said.

According to CCTV footage from Veauty Lavish Salon, the break-in occurred at around 2:35 a.m. The suspect entered through the ceiling and used tools including a hammer, screwdriver, and tin snip cutter to destroy the salon’s vault.

Among the items taken were:

  • Three hair blowers
  • Four hair irons
  • Three hair clippers

Police described the suspect as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, wearing a black jacket, face mask, white shorts, and white shoes.

Authorities are continuing their investigation to identify and apprehend the suspect.
