Megawide to build P3-billion precast facility in Cavite for 4PH program
Megawide Construction Corp. will invest 3 billion pesos to build a new precast facility in Cavite that will expand its housing production capacity.
Chairman and CEO Edgar Saavedra said the project aims to speed up the construction of housing units under the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
The new facility is expected to add 15,000 housing units annually, bringing the company’s total output to 25,000 units a year combined with its existing plant in Taytay, Rizal.
The Cavite facility is targeted to begin operations in the second quarter of 2027.
