Woman motorcyclist killed in collision with delivery truck in General Trias

GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite — A woman motorcycle rider died after colliding with a delivery truck on Antero Soriano Highway in Barangay Bacao 2 in this city on Sept. 3, 2026.

Police said the motorcycle struck a soft drink delivery truck traveling in the area at about 2:25 p.m. The rider sustained severe injuries from the impact.

Bystanders and authorities responded immediately to render first aid, but the victim did not survive and was declared dead at the scene.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident, including the possible cause of the collision and how the two vehicles came into contact.
