CAVITE — Cavite State University’s main campus has accepted 8,530 out of 23,061 applicants who sat for its admission examination for the first semester of Academic Year 2026-2027, the university announced.

University officials said the limited number of accepted students reflects capacity constraints in facilities and resources, with a strict selection process put in place to maintain the quality of education.

Qualified applicants have been advised to confirm their slots from April 20 to May 22. The university warned that those who fail to confirm within the set period will automatically forfeit their slots, which will then be offered to re-applicants.

Applicants who did not pass their chosen program will be given a second chance, with re-application for courses with remaining vacancies opening May 25.

CvSU urged all applicants to follow the prescribed schedules and procedures to secure their enrollment.
