Silang Mayor Meets San Miguel Corp. Chief Ramon Ang to Discuss Development Projects

SILANG, Cavite — Mayor Ted Carranza of Silang met with San Miguel Corp. President and CEO Ramon S. Ang to discuss potential collaborations on programs and projects aimed at supporting communities, the mayor’s office said.

Carranza commended Ang for his leadership and dedication to public service, noting that San Miguel’s initiatives have given hope to many Filipinos through job creation, infrastructure development, and social responsibility programs.

The mayor emphasized the importance of partnerships between local governments and private companies like San Miguel in driving sustainable development and economic growth, particularly in rapidly growing provinces such as Cavite.

San Miguel Corp., one of the Philippines’ largest conglomerates, has been involved in major national infrastructure projects including expressways, toll roads, and clean energy initiatives.
