Cavite State University announced Saturday that all classes at its main and satellite campuses will switch to asynchronous mode from October 28 to 31, 2024 due to the impact of Typhoon “Kristine”.

The university’s decision aims to accommodate students severely affected by the typhoon, with faculty members advised to take their needs into consideration.

The shift to online classes is set to last for four days, with the university’s administration urging students and staff to follow the new schedule.

Cavite Province has been placed under a state of calamity due to the massive damage brought by storm-induced floodings.
