CAVITE, Philippines: An independent survey conducted by Pulso Ng Bayan – One Research Philippines Inc. has ranked the top-performing city mayors in Cavite province, with Cavite City Mayor Denver Chua leading the list.
The non-commissioned survey, carried out from August 1-31, 2024, polled 5,000 respondents across various cities in Cavite to assess mayoral job performance.
Chua secured the top spot with a 95.6% approval rating, followed by Dasmariñas City Mayor Jenny Barzaga at 92.1%, and Carmona City Mayor Dahlia Loyola at 91.5%.
Respondents, aged 18 to 70, were randomly selected registered voters residing in Cavite. The sample size for each municipality and city was proportionally distributed based on voter population data.
The survey, branded as #PULSOngBAYAN, aims to provide insight into public perception of local government performance in Calabarzon region.
