Vape Cartridges with Marijuana Oil Seized in Cavite Drug Bust

PDEA authorities seized vape cartridges containing suspected marijuana oil and arrested two high-value drug suspects in Cavite province on Friday, officials said.

Ryan Paul Laureta, 35, and Junjie Nacionales, 24, were apprehended by operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and local police at around 4:50 p.m. in Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

The suspects were found to be in possession of 21 assorted flavored disposable vape cartridges containing a liquid substance believed to be marijuana oil, valued at around P70,000 pesos, as well as about 1 gram of dried marijuana leaves worth P120 pesos.

The operation was carried out by the PDEA’s Regional Office IV-A Special Enforcement Team 2, the PDEA Cavite Provincial Office, the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit, and the Dasmariñas City Police Station-Drug Enforcement Unit.
