PCOL Ricardo Jr. extended his congratulations to the officers, emphasizing the importance of their journey in law enforcement. “Congratulations on your induction, and may your journey be filled with purpose and success,” he stated.

He further encouraged the officers to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during their training to serve as a solid foundation for their future endeavors. “Uphold the law without giving in, treat everyone fairly and with dignity, and let the quest for truth lead your investigations,” he added.
