The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office (RO) IV-A CALABARZON is calling on the public to report any illegal drug activities in their communities through its hotline numbers and email address.

PDEA RO IV-A covers the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon. It is one of the 17 regional offices of the PDEA, the lead agency in the fight against illegal drugs in the Philippines.

According to PDEA RO IV-A Director Archie Grande, the public’s cooperation is vital in the success of the anti-drug campaign. He said that the PDEA RO IV-A is ready to respond to any information or complaints from concerned citizens regarding drug-related incidents.

“We encourage the public to be our partners in this crusade. If you see something, say something. Report to us any suspicious activities or personalities involved in illegal drugs. We assure you that we will act on your reports promptly and discreetly,” Grande said.

The PDEA RO IV-A has provided the following contact details for the public to reach them:

– Hotline numbers: (049) 508-2614 / (049) 508-2615 / 0917-708-0627 / 0920-967-0159

– Email address: [email protected]

Grande also reminded the public to be responsible and truthful in reporting illegal drug activities. He warned that false or malicious reports may have legal consequences and may jeopardize the safety of PDEA agents and innocent people.

“We appeal to the public to be careful and honest in giving information to us. Do not use this as a tool for personal vendetta or harassment. We will verify and validate your reports before we conduct any operations. We do not want to waste our resources and endanger our lives and others because of false alarms,” he said.

Grande added that the PDEA RO IV-A is continuously conducting anti-drug operations, preventive education, and advocacy programs in the region. He said that the PDEA RO IV-A has recently received recognition from Governor DoDo Mandanas and the Batangas Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council for its outstanding contribution to the anti-drug campaign.

“We are grateful for the support and appreciation of our local government units and other stakeholders. We will continue to work hard and smart to achieve our vision of a drug-free CALABARZON and a drug-free Philippines,” he said.
