The arrest took place in Barangay Mambog 3, Bacoor City, Cavite, on April 12, 2024, as a result of a joint intelligence-driven operation conducted by the Warrant and SWAT Personnel of Bacoor Component City Police Station and San Mateo Municipal Police Station, Isabela Provincial Police Office, Police Regional Office 2.

PLtCol John Paolo Carracedo, Chief of Police at Bacoor Component City Police Station, confirmed the identity of the suspect, who has been a resident of the area where he was captured.
