Naic Police Capture Homicide Suspect on the Run

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, City of Imus, Cavite — A man wanted for homicide, who was ranked as the third most wanted person in Naic, Cavite, was apprehended by the Warrant Officers of Naic Municipal Police Station in an intelligence-driven operation.

The suspect, known as alias “Bernie”, was a resident of Brgy Molino Naic Cavite. He was accused of violating Article 249 of Revised Penal Code (Homicide) and had a warrant of arrest with criminal case no. NC-2059 issued by Regional Trial Court Fourth Judicial Region Branch 15 of Naic, Cavite. The court set a bail of Php40,000.00 for his release.

Alias “Bernie” was nabbed after being under close monitoring and surveillance by the Naic police. He is currently detained at Naic Municipal Police Station for further processing.

Cavite Police Provincial Office continues to pursue people with outstanding warrants of arrest and ensure that they are brought to justice.
