Cavite police to investigate officer over vlogging, business dealings on duty

The Cavite Police Provincial Office said it will investigate a police officer accused of vlogging and running a business while on duty, following a report that spread on social media.

Provincial Director Police Col. Ariel R. Red said a thorough investigation would be conducted immediately to determine whether the officer violated Philippine National Police regulations.

Red said the office would not tolerate conduct that undermines the discipline and professionalism of the police force, adding that anyone found to have violated existing policy would be held accountable.

The Cavite PPO reiterated its commitment to upholding integrity, discipline and public trust within the police force.
