SILANG, Cavite — A concerned citizen shared a photo showing a patient lying across two chairs pushed together outside the Silang Rural Health Unit (RHU), sparking concern online.

According to available information, the patient appeared to be waiting while lying on the chairs. It remains unclear how long the person had been there or why they were outside the facility rather than inside.

The citizen shared the photo to draw attention to the situation of patients requiring urgent care at the health facility.
