CALABARZON — The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-A has issued an advisory on the termination or non-renewal of YAKAP accreditation for nine healthcare facilities in the region.

The affected facilities are Tagaytay Medical Center Inc., Alfonso Municipal Health Office, Adventist University of the Philippines, Tanza Specialist Medical Center, Ternate Municipal Health Office, Medeek Ambulatory Surgical Clinic, South Imus Specialist Hospital Inc., Ospital ng Cabuyao, and Thaddeus Maternity Clinic.

As a result, these facilities can no longer provide services covered under the PhilHealth YAKAP Program, including free primary care consultations, medical check-ups, preventive health services and outpatient medicines.

PhilHealth advised members registered with the affected facilities to immediately transfer to another accredited YAKAP provider to ensure continued access to their healthcare benefits.
