Rosario Mayor Honored for Education Support

ROSARIO MAYOR HONORED FOR SUPPORT TO LOCAL EDUCATION

ROSARIO, Cavite — Mayor Jose Voltaire Ricafrente of Rosario was recently recognized as Outstanding Municipal Leader at the Agapay 2026 Stakeholder Summit and State of Division Address held at Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort.

Vice Mayor Bamm Gonzales accepted the award on behalf of the mayor.

Officials said the recognition reflects the local government’s sustained efforts to strengthen cooperation with schools within the municipality, with the goal of delivering improved and quality education to the youth of Rosario.

The local government also expressed gratitude to teachers, parents, and other stakeholders for their partnership in advancing education programs in the town.
