BACOOR MAYOR PERSONALLY DELIVERS P100,000 INCENTIVE TO CENTENARIANS
BACOOR, Cavite — Mayor Strike B. Revilla personally handed over P100,000 incentives to two of the city’s centenarians on Thursday, May 1, 2026, as part of a program honoring residents who have reached 100 years of age.
The recipients were Consuelo Marilles Lingling of Barangay Queensrow East and Sebastiana Romano of Barangay Molino 3.
The turnover was facilitated through the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs, headed by Nenita Reyes, in coordination with the City Social Welfare and Development office. Revilla also presented the centenarians with cakes and flowers.
Present during the ceremony were Councilors Rey Palabrica and Simplicio Dominguez, along with Barangay Chairmen Theodore Montes of Queensrow East and Jun Advincula of Molino 3.
In addition to the city’s financial assistance, each centenarian is also entitled to receive P100,000 from the national government and P50,000 from the provincial government.
