Lancaster New City develops commercial district in Zone 2

KAWIT, Cavite — Lancaster New City is developing a new commercial district in Zone 2 that will include a supermarket, retail outlets, a school and a terminal for the planned Cavite Bus Rapid Transit.

The mixed-use development sits along Daang Hari Extension, which connects Arnaldo Highway to Gov. Ferrer Drive, near the General Trias Retarding Basin. It will link developments at Riverpark North and Riverpark South.

Lancaster New City covers more than 2,000 hectares across Kawit, Imus, General Trias and Tanza. It is Cavite’s first masterplanned community and among the Philippines’ largest township developments.
