In a significant development, the Local Government of Silang, led by Acting Mayor Gen Ted Carranza, has officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Cavite 3rd District.

The agreement aims to implement the Solar Water System project in six barangays within Silang: Brgy. Inchican, Pooc, Cabangaan, Carmen, Biluso, and Santol.

The Solar Water System is expected to play a crucial role in improving water quality and ensuring a sustainable water supply for these communities.
