KAWIT, Cavite — The main building of Ayala Malls Evo City is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026, adding modern architecture and a mix of dining, retail and lifestyle establishments to Ayala Land’s mixed-use estate in this town.
Beyond retail, the mall is designed as a gathering space for residents and visitors to dine and spend time together, according to the developer.
The mall’s first phase is already operating, with a growing roster of restaurants and retail tenants. The mall is envisioned as a regional retail destination with 57,000 square meters of space. Once the second phase is complete, the development will offer more than 50,000 square meters of retail space, with the return of Makro to Cavite among the most anticipated additions. The second phase is also set to introduce the Ayala Malls Playpark, featuring water jets and what the developer describes as the country’s first “jumping clouds” attraction, aimed at visitors of all ages.
The mall is Ayala Land’s third large-scale lifestyle mall in Cavite, following Ayala Malls Serin in Tagaytay, which opened in 2015, and Ayala Malls Vermosa in Imus, which opened in 2023.
Evo City is a 200-hectare mixed-use development that brings together business, commercial and residential spaces. The estate is strategically located in Kawit and is about 30 to 45 minutes from Metro Manila, with access via the NAIAX, CAVITEX, CALAX and Cavitex-C5 Southlink road networks.
Other components of the estate include the 1,000-seat Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, which began holding services in October 2025, and a 2-hectare active park, along with a LEED-certified TechnoHub office complex. Ayala Land has also opened office spaces within the estate for lease as part of its plan to build the area into a business and lifestyle hub.
With its focus on innovation, productivity and sustainability, Evo City aims to establish itself as Cavite’s premier central business district and a new destination for modern urban living, the developer said.
