CAVITE CITY — Students from Cavite National High School – Senior High School swept multiple awards at the Robotics Challenge Unlimited 2026, held Feb. 28 at Montano Hall in Cavite City.

The CNHS robotics team dominated several competition categories, cementing the school’s standing as one of the country’s strongest competitors in robotics.

In the Non-Programmable Open Category, teammates Arzeus C. Alaban and Andrei Jiggerson Samaniego took the championship. Their schoolmates also placed in the same category: Justine D. Fernandez and Prince Daren A. Tebelin finished first runner-up, while James Clarence Z. Camacho and Kenneth Clarence Adriatico took second runner-up. John Macklein D. Valdez and Jun Carlo Diacan placed sixth, Jaeden Rysh L. Topacio and Arryanne M. Sueco placed seventh, and Bryzen Villanueva and Lyra D. Santiago placed eighth.

In the MBot V2 Category, Chloe Mykhaella E. Flordeliz and Claude Ron R. Abriol finished eighth, while Kelvin Caisser Javier and Lourd Jaden Javier placed 10th.

Jamila Fay C. Espura and Santiago also received a participation award in the Programmable Line Tracing Category.

The CNHS-SHS robotics team said it intends to build on its performance in future competitions.
