BACOOR, Cavite — A photo of a ₱9.8 million multi-purpose hall with solar power system in Bacoor has sparked mixed reactions on social media after a user shared images of the facility.

The photo shows a small building with modern design and a local government project signboard indicating the structure is a multi-purpose hall with solar panels valued at approximately ₱9.8 million.

Social media users questioned the building’s size relative to its cost and asked how project funds were allocated.

Some users called for detailed explanations, including cost breakdowns, solar installation specifications and a list of facilities included in the project.

LGU Bacoor officials have not issued a statement addressing the questions and reactions circulating online.
