CARMONA, Cavite — Construction of the new Carmona City Hall is moving forward, with officials touting the project as a modern symbol of growth and innovation designed to improve public service.

The City Hall is being built at the heart of the planned SM Carmona City, a 200-hectare mixed-use development that will serve as the city’s central business district.
