KAWIT, Cavite — Ayala Malls is set to open a new shopping center in Evo City, a 200-hectare mixed-use development in Kawit, Cavite. The new mall will feature modern architecture and a blend of dining and retail options, designed as a community hub for residents and visitors.
The first phase is scheduled to open later this year, with a second phase planned for 2026. Combined, both phases will offer more than 50,000 square meters of retail space.
This will be Ayala Malls’ third major development in Cavite, following the opening of Ayala Malls Serin in Tagaytay in 2015 and Ayala Malls Vermosa in Imus in 2023.
Evo City is envisioned as Cavite’s premier central business district, integrating commercial, business, and residential zones with a focus on innovation, productivity, and sustainability.
