IMUS, Cavite — Three hundred thirteen residents of Imus learned the skills of a responsible and disciplined driver during a two-day Technical Driving Course (TDC) held by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Sept. 19-20 at the New Imus City Government Center.

Jayme Raffy Dimaano of the LTO Kawit District Office, Jonathan Medina of the LTO Tagaytay District Office, Garry Villanueva of the LTO Imus, and Marwin Capuno of the LTO Kawit Licensing shared their expertise on traffic laws, road signs, vehicle and motorcycle parts, and defensive driving techniques to avoid road rage.

The event was part of the city’s efforts to promote road safety and responsible driving.

Participants who completed the course received certificates and are eligible for free student permits and medical certificates courtesy of Mayor Alex Advincula. The top two performers in the course will also receive free Practical Driving Courses.
