Imus City Breaks Ground on Avesta Residences Housing Project

IMUS CITY, Cavite — The Local Government of Imus, in collaboration with PH1 World Developers Inc. (PH1WD), the real estate arm of the Megawide Group, and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, officially broke ground on the Avesta Residences housing project.

The 1.3-hectare development, scheduled for completion by 2026, falls under the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.

The project features a 10-storey condominium complex comprising five mid-rise buildings, totaling 1,100 units.

Each unit measures 27 square meters and is valued at P1.8 million, payable over 30 years. Avesta Residences will offer amenities including a basketball court, clubhouse, and parking lot.

Situated within the Imus Government Complex, it enjoys proximity to key facilities such as the Imus City Hall, Ospital ng Imus, and Imus Track & Oval. Additionally, one of the Imus BRT system routes will serve the development.

Government employees, police officers, and teachers are the primary beneficiaries of this housing initiative.

The collaboration between the government and a reputable developer underscores a commitment to urban development and enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Avesta Residences marks a promising new chapter in Imus City’s growth and promises a brighter future for its inhabitants.
