From their residence in Pasay City, two alleged female drug pushers traveled to a mall parking lot in Bacoor, Cavite, to transact with their buyer. Unbeknownst to them, the buyer was an operative from the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 4A (CALABARZON).

The suspects, Carol Teroy y Layson @ JICA, a 39-year-old High Value Individual, and her companion @Frincess, a minor, were apprehended around five in the afternoon. The minor will be turned over to the local Department of Social Welfare and Development.

Recovered from the suspects were two knot-tied transparent plastic sachets suspected to contain shabu, weighing approximately 100 grams with a standard drug price of Php680,000.00.

Also seized were two cellphones suspected to contain illegal transactions of the primary suspect, marked money consisting of a 1000 peso genuine bill on top of 79 pieces of 1000 peso boodle money, and two sling bags.

The primary suspect faces charges for violating sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165, while the minor suspect, a child in conflict with the law, may possibly evade criminal liabilities but cannot escape civil responsibilities.
