Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla visited several barangays in the province last month as part of the “Ugnayan sa Barangay” program, which aims to strengthen community ties and share his vision for a prosperous Cavite.

The governor met with residents and local officials in Paliparan 1 and 2 in Dasmariñas, Tres Cruses, Sanja Mayor and Biga in Tanza, San Francisco in General Trias, and Kalubkob and Batas in Silang.

Remulla discussed the provincial government’s comprehensive programs for 2024, focusing on healthcare, education, infrastructure, and social services.

The program also featured a raffle draw to spice up the event and foster community spirit. The provincial government also gave away rice to families to address their basic needs.

The Ugnayan sa Barangay program is a testament to the provincial government’s commitment to engaging and empowering local communities, and to improving the quality of life of Caviteños in the coming year.
