A lotto bettor from Dasmariñas, Cavite has won the P12.9-million jackpot in the Regular Lotto 6/42 draw last Tuesday night, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office announced yesterday.

The lotto player guessed the winning combination of 18-27-07-14-11-09.

Ninety other bets that hit five of the winning numbers each won P24,000.

The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion or TRAIN Law imposes a 20 percent tax on lotto winnings exceeding P10,000.

The Regular Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
